  • Personal data

    Questionnaires gathering candidates’ data in the “Careers” section are processed electronically in order to manage CNIM Group company recruitment.
    The addressees of such data include the CNIM Group Human Resources Management division and also operational services involved in recruitment.

    CNIM and its subsidiaries comply with Act No 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, “IT and freedoms – processing users’ personal data”. The addressees undertake especially to guarantee the security of such data in order that they are not distorted or damaged or disclosed to unauthorized third parties, and also not to use such data for purposes other than managing users’ on-spec applications or applications linked to vacancies and the follow-up thereto.

    Users may not hold CNIM and its subsidiaries liable for the loss or disappearance of data concerning users where loss or disappearance is attributable to force majeure or to a third party.

    Users’ information is processed confidentially by authorized staff from Group company human resources and also IT providers responsible for website management, for the sole purposes of analysing the content of CVs submitted by users and for ongoing recruitment procedures.

    Users have a right of access and of correction concerning the information relating to them. If users wish to exercise this right and to be sent a copy of the information relating to them, they should direct their enquiries to CNIM Group Human Resources Management by writing to Group CNIM – 35 rue de Bassano Paris 75008 or emailing contact-rh@cnim.com
