Combustion optimisation system using artificial intelligence

SAMSA is a system developed by CNIM with the aim of optimising the combustion process of waste-to-energy plants. 

The module is based on CNIM's patented combustion control technology using pyrometer readings of the boiler areas: C3S®

Using Machine Learning and Deep Learning analyses, SAMSA supports the commissioning and operating teams in adjusting their combustion parameters. This enables them to optimise polluting emissions and the energy efficiency of the boiler and to expand their range of fuels, particularly when converting coal to biomass (pellets).
